Juice Recipes

Standard

With juicing you can intake huge amounts that you wouldn’t otherwise, saving all that chewing and digestion. Juices are easy to prepare and their benefits are amazing. They should be consumed immediately after preparation or at least one hour after preparation, because after an hour ingredients start to oxidize, which greatly reduces their nutritive values.

Natural juices can effectively help us recover from various diseases. Certain juices support the whole organism and some treat specific diseases. Also, some veggies and fruits are difficult for some people to digest, so juicing is a great way to get their benefits- and it’s like instant cell food!
